Material processing for cabinet shops
Focus on what gets noticed
As a cabinet shop, your craftsmanship shines in two major areas: design and finish. No customer of yours has ever said “Wow, these line bores are perfectly spaced” or “did you see how tight that dado is?”. Due to these observations, we think it makes sense for your shop to specialize in the processes that you were hired to execute and let us cut your cabinet parts.

How we do it
After your design has been drawn up and approved, simply send us your files (we run Mozaik software for cabinetry, but any DXF file will do) and we’ll look them over and send you a quote based on price of machining per sheet of material. Once that’s approved, you can have your material delivered to the shop or we can procure it ourselves — we work closely with Dakota Hardwoods. Then we get to work on cutting your job using our 12 HP 5x10 foot CNC router. Vacuum hold-down and automatic tool changer allow us to work fast. We can generally offer 3-5 day turn-around. When we’re done, you’ll receive a palletized stack of cabinet parts individually labeled and ready for assembly.
